22.01.2022 Hello Beautiful Souls Those of you that have been following me for a while may remember that some time ago I began writing. I started my writing by writing poems about my life.... Little did I realise just how cathartic the process would be for me! I've been writing a lot this year and have devoted most of my time to this passion. I've decided I'm going to start sharing some quotes from my poems. I have started up a new instagram account @healbypoetry, so please look me up and follow me there. 22.01.2022 Do you have fear around a particular animal? Some of you may remember when I posted this picture a year ago. I have always been absolutely terrified of Blue Tongue Lizards which are native to Australia.... Last year I faced my fear with a little help. A year later , on the day of the Scorpio new moon , 15th November 2020, I came across one in my front yard. It seemed it had a strong message for me... as it came back on Monday and I found it on my front porch literally looking into my front window!!! I learnt last year that my fear was linked to my throat chakra ( hence the blue tongue) and my fear of expression or speaking my truth. I took this on board and it made a lot of sense after having lost my expression for the majority of my life before my awakening. It had a strong message, keep on dreaming and keep on expressing; you have a message to share and dreams are looking out for me., hence it looking in my window! Animals often deliver messages to us from Spirit! Do you have a fear around a particular animal? You may have fear around its meaning or association. 20.01.2022 Hello beautiful souls. In sharing snippets of my poems, I hope that the words activate your own exploration and healing. Please follow my @healbypoetry Instagram account, which is an account devoted to my poetry. ... Do you feel different? I like to call it unique! Growing up I always felt so different to my siblings. I even looked different. I could never really understand it until I started my healing journey. It was up to me to stop the ancestral patterns that had not served through the ages. I only really accepted this this year. That's why I chose a "different" family, so this could be highlighted and the negative patterns would be healed. I would not let them continue. This would only be achieved by stripping them back, layer by layer and acknowledging then releasing. But through my healing process and remembering past lives, I realised that I was always different, always unique. This uniqueness is not a curse, but a blessing and a lesson that I had carried through multiple lifetimes and also had been carried through my Ancestry. It would take someone different, someone unique to highlight these outdated patterns and transmute them. I did this through my own process of healing Have a think; do you feel different? 16.01.2022 11:11 Portal Gateway- The Art of Acceptance, Feminine Power Ignited, Surrender Is Grace On 11/11 we have the powerful 11:11 gateway portal opening up. As I sat... down to write, I had many messages divine wanted me to convey. 11:11 is a powerful activation of our higher consciousness. It is a special opening of our third eye's capacity to tap into otherworldly dimensions and heralds: magic, manifestation and divine love. The last time we had the triple energy of doubles, as we do this year( 11/11/2020) was over 101 years ago on 11/11/1919. The next time we will see this triple pattern will be 11/11/2121. 10.01.2022 Halloween or Samhain falls on Oct 31st. This year we also have a blue full moon! ( see separate post for blue moon ) On this day the veil between the Physical Realm is believed to be the thinnest. Halloween also symbolizes the cycle of death and rebirth. In both hemispheres there is rebirth and death, symbolised by Spring and Autumn. During our life journey, we are continually living the process of death and rebirth. Today we honour how far we have travelled on our journe...y. All that we have released in our constant journey of rebirth. We celebrate our new found shift of consciousness. Today let us celebrate our transformation as we leave October ( 1 in numerology- new beginnings) towards November 11 - Spiritual mastery) . Through the darkness we enter into the light. 04.01.2022 Healing is so powerful! We don't often realise that by healing ourselves we are healing others at the same time. Yesterday my sister was called to her next life. Her fight on this plane was completed. ... Ancestral patterns, family and cultural patterns handed down through generations. The themes of the week for me have been Gratitude and Forgiveness. I am in Gratitude for my gifts and my ability to help and support others. It is the first time that I have used my healing ability to help transition a soul from this Earthy realm. And I am so grateful for this opportunity. I am in Forgiveness for all wounding, hurts and pains that bonded us together during these life times. There was total Forgiveness and peace and the healing of so many deep core wounds that attached us in pain and hurt. The ability to step into our higher selves and connect soul to soul, heart to heart is a gift within all of us. In the light of this upcoming full moon, may we see what holds us back from true inner peace and allow our hearts to be filled with love and compassion for each other. 01.01.2022 As well as Halloween, this October 31st we will also have a blue full moon in Taurus. ( no wonder it's so intense for me, I'm Taurus moon sign) A blue moon occurs when we experience 2 full moons in a 30 day period. Hence the saying " once in a blue moon" It only happens every 3 years! As always, full moons bring endings and completions and also illuminates blocks and triggers that need to be released. Hidden core wounds are likely to surface! ... But add in Halloween, and it's extra special! Extra twists and turns, unexpected gains and surprises! For me on a personal level, I have felt quite challenged and " flat " this week, tapping into this energy early ( as usual ). For my Husband and myself, a large part of our lives is coming to a close and completion. For the last 9 years my Husband has worked very hard to run a successful Physiotherapy practice in Beaumont Hills. This took up the majority of his time and also mine through admin and support. Since our lease is due to expire on October 31st ( tomorrow, love the synchronicity), this day us truly on every level a day of completion, the completion of a 9 year cycle! Couldn't be more perfect! I've struggled a lot this week, and one of my biggest core wounds of injustice and defence has been a constant theme. It needs clearing, and I need TO LET GO. I realised through certain triggers and actions, I failed to understand the reality of others and hence would get frustrated, angry and defensive believing that it was deliberate and vindictive! It's been coming up so strongly in the last few weeks! I finally put it all together! So for me, I need a massive release to happen with this full moon, and as the Universe will have it, I will be supported through a physical completion process as well as a spiritual one! As the lease comes to a close, I must too let go of my need to justify and defend, and enter into compassion and understanding. A huge shift for me on a personal level! So, we must harness the energy of this Blue Moon, allow wounds to surface and surrender to new beginnings filled with prosperity and abundance. I have some work to do before tomorrow, that's for sure! But I see it so clearly now! Work on your base chakra, your grounding, your safety and security, how you perceive abundance. We are going to need to be grounded! I will attend a full moon meditation tonight. What are you going to release? Write a list, burn it, bury it ; just actualise what you need to release.
