18.01.2022 So proud to show off my new single ‘Only Want To Be Serene’ - its a song that offers hope after having lived through adversity and I decided to release the single now, recognising the number of people that may be struggling with inner demons locked up in their homes during this global pandemic. Spotify link - https://open.spotify.com/track/0CCAe1EjvPqeGwnRoju4Bi Addictions and depression always want us alone and in misery that’s its job, but there is a way to overcome it an...d that is by staying connected and working on positive action to keep moving towards some level of peace free some the fear and your self criticisms - towards love and peace now. The song also lends inspiration from scholars such as Joseph Campbell exploring the mythology of coming in to adulthood through a series of painful experiences and Robert Bly’s book "Iron John" where he talks of mans ‘fall from grace’ before finding true direction in life.
