21.01.2022 As part of National Palliative Care week, were proud to support the Moments That Matter campaign. Aidan is in his late 30s and the bereaved partner of his wife Toni, who died in her mid 30s after a seven year illness with incurable brain cancer. Palliative care played an important role in the last eight months of Tonis life, providing emotional and spiritual care, music therapy, physiotherapy, equipment and bereavement support. Aidan says palliative care helped them to have those hard conversations, to leave nothing unsaid, have no regrets, and to enjoy life. Toni died at home and they jointly planned her funeral. Palliative care enabled Toni to experience joy through music and walking. https://momentsthatmatter.org.au/stories/joy/ momentsthatmatter.org.au #MomentsThatMatter
20.01.2022 We will remember them.

06.01.2022 From fire to floods and then the isolation we have faced with COVID-19, this year has been like no other. It's challenged all of us in many ways and today is a good reminder to stop and focus on our own mental health and also reach out to others to see how they are doing. https://www.who.int//world-me/world-mental-health-day-2020
06.01.2022 One hundred years ago on 11 November 1918 the First World War came to an end. To commemorate the centenary of the Armistice that ended a four year long battle resulting in the loss of 62,000 Australian lives, we would like to pay tribute to your loved ones who bravely defended our country and freedom. If you would like to share the story of your family member who proudly served our country, message us privately your story including names and a photo. Between 5-11 November, we will post your story on our page and pay tribute to your loved one. We will remember them. Lest we forget.
