14.01.2022 We are excited to announce a few changes to our filter coffee single origin program. For the June filter rotation, we will move to 3 Special Release Filters in green bags. We will no longer offer filter coffee in the purple bags. This is to increase the quality of our filter offering and showcase our capability with filters at a higher level every single month. From July rotation, we will move to a new pricing structure where we will price our single origin coffees based on... the purchase price at origin and the quality of the green beans. We will continue to provide the best range of filter coffee in Australia, and now with a range of pricing. We’ll continue to rotate new coffees every single month. For our team and our customers (that’s you!), this is a really exciting progression as it gives the ability to buy and sell the highest quality and origins. We have amazing access to a wide variety of coffees from across the globe due to our market-leading direct to farm sourcing program. We look forward to pushing the bar even higher with the coffees that we bring to you. Prepare to be amazed!

09.01.2022 Sydney roaster Toby’s Estate followed this trend with the release of their Freezus domestic coffee freezing pack in 2020. These trends are supporting Australian roasters to bring more high-quality, experimental, and unique flavour profiles to consumers. 04.01.2022 A KILLER LINE UP THIS MONTH, WITH THE VERY EXCITING RETURN OF A RWANDAN ORIGIN TO OUR ESPRESSO Rwanda Kabirizi are currently producing some of the cleanest, most dynamic, highest-quality coffees Rwanda and its remarkable terroir has to offer. And, as always we're very proud to see it in the line up this month. Served on espresso, Kabirizi starts off sparkly and soft, with notes of Pomelo, before transforming into heavier, sweet notes of Brown Sugar and Cocoa. Then over in fil...ter land, it’s hard to go past Brazil Summer Solstice from our close partners at Daterra. Cupping all the lots, the team precisely picks the components that make up each of their blends. Varietals within each lot can vary slightly, as selection is done on flavour profile rather than by varietal or lot type.
