25.01.2022 Pretty excited to announce that our major sponsor for our 150th year of racing in Tocumwal is Garnaut Private Wealth. Thanks, Chris and Cath for coming on board it is going to be an exciting day.

23.01.2022 What a great day yesterday! Couldn't have wished for better weather. Great crowd and good racing. We got so busy we forgot to take any photos, so if anyone has any pics that they would be happy for us to share on our future Facebook posts please send them through to us via messenger, it would be greatly appreciated!

21.01.2022 Please remember people that we are a country race club run by volunteers who hold 1 meeting a year. We do our best to ensure that everyone has a great day. If everyone brings the following it will be a fabulous day 1. Patience 2. Happy attitude 3. Cash (no atm or eftpos on course remember)... And leave the following at home 1. Your dogs 2. Bad attitute 3. Alcohol We are currently being bombarded with enquiries and will do our best to answer them but we are currently a little busy getting everything ready for the big day. The following may help.... *Gates open at 11am *First race is at 1.10pm *No you can't get a marquee or umbrella, bookings closed 18th March *No you can't byo alcohol and that includes the carpark *Yes buses are running, please see earlier post for times and pickup points *Fashions on the field registrations taken near the grandstand. FOF events will start after first race *We do have to adhere to covid safe policies so if you are feeling unwell stay home *Please make sure you scan or sign in using the QR codes upon entry *And no we don't have any red hot tips, sorry. Always be good to your mum is about the best tip we can give you. Enjoy your day people! Giddy up!!!!

20.01.2022 A very warm Autumn day was perfect weather for the 150th Tocumwal Easter Races featuring the Garnaut Private Wealth Gold Cup. The winner of the cup was Ghost Doctor trained by Wangaratta trainer James Fraser and ridden by the talented Jamie Gibbons. A little disappointing for other race winners that due to covid restrictions the only race we were permitted to do presentations for was the cup. Hoping the win was enough to keep smiles on their faces even without presentations. ...Fashions on the Field was very popular again this year and Lady of the Day was Cath Brooks. Cath looked extremely elegant and probably the most sensible person on course with her broad brimmed sunhat providing much sort after shade as the sun hit it's stride mid afternoon. A well behaved crowd enjoyed the great racing and facilities we had to offer. It's always great to have our interstate visitors support our meeting. 20.01.2022 Tocumwal Race Club is celebrating 150 years of racing here in Tocumwal on the 14th of March 2020 with a Ball. Come along and enjoy a great night out with the Kapooka Band at the Memorial Hall. Tickets can be purchased from Rob Crow Real Estate.

After a very long wait the day is finally here and Tocumwal Race Club will race into history today as it hosts it's 150th year of racing with the running of the GARNAUT PRIVATE WEALTH GOLD CUP. We trust that all patrons will have a great day at the track. See you there!

15.01.2022 Tocumwal Race Club is currently waiting on a directive from Racing NSW as to if the Easter Gold Cup can and will go ahead. Racing NSW is the governing body and the decision will be made by them hopefully in the next few days. We will keep you all updated as soon as information comes to hand.

03.01.2022 Is there a couple of local blokes under the age 70 who could just dash out to the race club and give a hand in the next 30 minutes for about half an hour. Theres about 4 older gentleman who would be most appreciative of the help! Thanks

02.01.2022 Please be advised after consultation with racing NSW that due to government restrictions surrounding the coronavirus the Tocumwal race club meeting scheduled for Saturday 11th April 2020 has been abandoned. We will be in contact with any patrons or sponsors who have made a deposit or paid in full to arrange a refund.
