23.01.2022 We are back!!! A2 Pilates studio will be reopening Monday the 6th July. The class you were in prior to us closing, you will automatically go back into that same... class time. 22.01.2022 We would like to wish all our clients a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year. We would also like to thank you all for your support through what has been a very challenging year for everyone. The clinic will be closed from lunch time today the 24th December and reopen Monday the 4th January. If you would like to make an appointment with Adrian for when we are back open jump over to our website to make a booking online. Amanda is now on maternity leave but we Have Tegan Lissington, remedial massage therapist who will be taking over her treating days of Wednesday and Friday for January and February, if you would like to make an appointment with Tegan you can also do this through our online booking button on our website. 20.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE After the governments meeting tonight and new restrictions applied it is no longer safe for the clinic to continue operating at this time. This decision is made with such sadness as I know there is so many of you that are in need of this service and it breaks us to not be able to be there for you, but at the current rate of this virus spreading, we are in to close of contact with people to do our job. I want to keep our clients, Adrian, my family, myself and t...he general public safe, so to do this I will have to close for the time being. I may not be able to treat you face to face but please don’t hesitate to call me if you have anything you want advice on. If you had an upcoming appointment over the next few days and weeks I will call you to cancel. Stay safe everyone and please please stay home as much as possible!! If everyone does their bit hopefully Adrian and I will be up and running again sooner rather than later and back to providing you all with the treatments you need.

16.01.2022 To all our Victorian clients that live with in a 50km radius of the border that have up coming Myotherapy appointments booked with us. You can still get across the border with the cross border permit. the cross border permit allows you to come into NSW for work, school and Daily life. this permit does not require you to have to self isolate for 14 days. when asked to put in a NSW address please put the clinic address of 8-14 Deniliquin st, Tocumwal NSW 2714. Chose this permi...t not the medical permit. go to the NSW service website to get your permit prior to coming across for your appointment. the link is https://disasterassistance.service.nsw.gov.au//stepPersona if the border patrol asks for any evidence of your appointment I believe you should be able to use your reminder text message as proof of your appointment, or I can send you a letter to have with you also. We do still ask though if you are unwell with cold or flu like symptoms, been around anyone that has tested positive to coronavirus, if you have travelled overseas or to Melbourne in the last 14 days that you please phone the clinic to reschedule your appointment. For the time being you will not be able to book online and at the moment we will only be treating existing clients. all appointment's made will need to be made by phone or text message to the above number.... With the government now clarifying that myotherapy is apart of an essential service we are excited to be back providing myotherapy to you all. With the times we are in we wont be completely back to full time and there will be a few things in place to help keep our clients safe. We will be doing every measure of hygienic purposes within the clinic and we ask in return that if you have been un well, showing signs of cold or flu like symptoms or have been around anyone that has tested positive to COVID-19 that you please do not come into the clinic and phone us to reschedule your appointment. 07.01.2022 Tocumwal Myotherapy is still OPEN We will be taking this day by day and keep you all updated if changes happen. We are following strict hygiene regime and we please ask when you enter the clinic that you please use the bathroom to wash your hands.... We want to still be able to provide treatment to those who need it for as long as we possibly can, but we do still ask if you have been unwell or traveled at all not just internationally anymore or around anyone that has tested positive that you please reschedule your appointment. Adrian and i will be taking drastic measures and if you do turn up to your appointment and we feel you appear to be unwell we will be asking you to reschedule. What we do and how we need to treat is a fine line but we believe we are taking all measures we possibly can to help reduce the spread and to still be able to help those that are in pain and need treatment during this time. 07.01.2022 It has been advised by NSW health if your circumstances don’t allow you to be able to be 1.5m apart that you wear a mask. As of Tuesday the 4th August we will now be wearing masks in the clinic and we ask when you arrive to the clinic for your appointment that you please wear a mask. With the increasing sense of panic about Coronavirus and its increasing number of cases around Australia, this is some great information about how you can better support your immune system. By no means is this saying it will prevent you from getting Coronavirus but it may give your immune system a better chance if you do end up contracting it. Healthy insides goes a long way!!

We are taking all protocols necessary outlined by the government for infection control to keep our clients safe and protected. We are constantly being kept updated by our association of the measures we need to take and any new information from the government that we must follow. We also ask that you please, if you feel unwell in the slightest, h...ave recently returned from overseas or have been in contact with anyone that is positive to COVID-19 that you please do not attend your pilates class and reschedule your myotherapy appointment.
