05.01.2022 The spread of Coronavirus has raised concerns in the media about the steps medical and dental practices are taking to protect their patients and staff. The Australian Government Department of Health’s current advice is that anyone returning from overseas travel should self-isolate for 14 days after arrival. Anyone developing a fever or cough should seek medical advice urgently. In alignment with current advice we are asking patients to delay their dental visits if:... - you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms - you have recently traveled overseas: please self-isolate for 14 days to allow for any possible symptoms to manifest. Rest assured that we have sufficient stocks of face masks, gloves, hand sanitiser and other personal protective measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff for at least the next three months.
