24.01.2022 Today my inner child definitely came out to play!!! As I was driving the rain turned into snow flurries and the excitement I felt in that moment was like 7 year old me was here and ready I lived my first 7 years in Scotland and I don’t remember too much, but today when I heard the crunch of the snow, I remembered, I knew that sound it was familiar and safe... So today I played, I basked in the freezing cold beauty of the snow, I threw snowballs (and got hit by some) I made a mini snow man, I took pictures and I smiled I was full, I was happy It’s not often we allow our inner child to come out, we forget that we too can play and have so much fun doing it!!! And that little person inside you, she will thank you from the bottom of her heart

12.01.2022 It’s nice to know you’re not alone these words filled me with so much love, pride and a little bit of Yes I did it!! You see I started this whole business with the premise that I didn’t want anyone out there to feel as alone as I did when I was going through that confusing time of not knowing me, or what I needed or wanted. No one spoke about it! ... So as I clawed my way to me, picking up the dribs and drabs that I could along the way, one day I decided to take a uncomfortable and scary leap start and instagram page to help, I didn’t know it what way, all I knew was that if one person, one time, read one post and felt better then it would all be worth it. To now almost 2 years later from starting this page, that I am a mindset & wellness coach, supporting women who are in the exact spot I was, not only see their worth, but feel it, believe and take incredible steps to moving forward in their lives. Our brains like things that are familiar to it, by putting something inspiring, motivating or goal orientated as your phone wallpaper, every time you look at your phone, your brain recognises the message and can become less resistant to the changes you’re making. Save or share this little hack and start familiarising your brain of your amazingness
