21.01.2022 I am pleased to announce that I will be coaching Jürgen Melzer and Edouard Roger-Vasselin at the Adelaide International and Australian Open in 2020. Jürgen has been ranked as high as 8 in the world for singles, while Edouard made the doubles final at Wimbledon this year. I look forward to a successful summer of tennis!

13.01.2022 Congratulations to all of the Rostrevor Tennis Club junior teams which have recently finished the 2019 winter season. 11 of the 16 teams made the finals, with the Division 1 and Division 5 girls and Division 2 and Division 9 Red boys reaching the grand final. Well done to Harry, Zac and Josh who won the Division 9 premiership!

12.01.2022 As a child I used to dream of playing tennis at the greatest tournament of them all, Wimbledon. I would go to bed at 7pm and set my alarm for 10.30pm to get up and watch the event. I had the privilege of living my dream, having played there seven times. I urge all kids who aspire to play at Wimbledon to stay dedicated, embrace the battle of your matches and have purpose on the practice court to get better each day. Believe me, it is worth it to get your player pass, to walk through the gates and admire the history and tradition, share the locker room with the best players in the world, and play on the hallowed turf at the All England Club, Wimbledon.

07.01.2022 Congratulations to Jurgen Melzer and Edouard Roger-Vasselin on finishing in the top 8 pairs in the world and booking their spot at the ATP finals in London. As a new team we had some honest and challenging conversations in January about training sessions and how to approach match days, this laid a great foundation for success. I am very proud of their achievement and wish them all the best next week.
07.01.2022 After a tough second round loss in the Men's Doubles at the Australian Open (13-11 in the third set tiebreak), Edouard Roger-Vasselin and Jürgen Melzer have hit the courts again, this time on opposite sides of the net in the Mixed Doubles!

06.01.2022 The TPTA is very proud of Kalina Stefanov and her selection to represent South Australia in the upcoming Bruce Cup. A wonderful achievement to be chosen in the 12 and under team, particularly when she is only 10! Kalina started playing tennis at the TPTA two and a half years ago, and has progressed very quickly. We wish Kalina all the best!

05.01.2022 I am very excited to announce the addition of Paul Kramberger to the coaching team at the Todd Perry Tennis Academy. Paul is a qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development coach and has spent the last two years coaching at the highly regarded ESTESS Academy in Luxembourg. Paul had an ATP singles ranking of 1663 in the world, and an Australian ranking of 60. His vast tennis experience from around the world, along with his very likeable nature, makes him a great addition to the TPTA team!
04.01.2022 Congratulations to Kalina Stefanov on winning the 12 & Under Girls Singles at the 2019 TennisGear - City of Playford Gold JT tournament. Kalina had some fantastic wins, including victories over the 1st and 4th seeds, both of whom were from interstate. The TPTA is very proud of her achievement! We would also like to wish all of our students and their families a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year.
