04.01.2022 The use of Instagram/social media influencers is a must for exposure in a new fitness business (followed by blah blah and more crap about body image and shaming) Pretty sure real life stories of the people sweating on ya floor and positive overall health and fitness outcomes has to be better or at least more ethical.
