21.01.2022 Delivery and timing is so crucial in the Snatch. . Here's Thomas with a slo-mo of the connection from legs and hips - take note that the legs completely straighten creating vertical force. . Also notice the legs and knees "scoop" under the bar to get to position to create this power.

03.01.2022 Received a hand written letter from Pier Grogan morning and it is beautiful! Achieving so much and making the most of her life now without debilitating pain! "Todd Shannon has been my personal trainer at CrossFit Motion for the past 18 months.... Todd trains my sister and I twice a week. We both had different goals when we began our training. I decided to train with Todd as I have Perthes disease that effects my hip. I was beginning to feel weak in my hip and legs. I had radiating pain from my hip, knee and ankle. Todd is very confident, knowledgeable, encouraging and passionate about his work. Todd has offered me many different styles of training, from weights, to bodyweight exercises and cardio such as running, rowing and biking. With his passion for his fitness program, I have built muscle in my legs and hips, and I no longer have the radiating pain. Recently I achieved two goals - I completed a 4km fun run and it was a breeze. I can also deadlift more than my own bodyweight, which is an empowering feeling.
