17.01.2022 A RELAUNCH DATE HAS BEEN SET! 15.06.20 is when toejamm will re-open. there is much to be done between now and then to get organised. please remember that due to this pandemic i was forced to move the business to my home studio which is not ideal and is temporary until i find a new commercial space.... the new hours as mentioned in my previous post are as follows; mon to thurs opening 10am and closing 6pm i know that this is not going to work for all of you which i am extremely devastated about but like i said above, it is temporary and i will happily refer you elsewhere in the meantime if required. again, clients will be prioritized in the following order; 1. clients that already had a booking before we had to close 2. clients that have purchased a gift voucher 3. any remaining existing clients of toejamm 4. any new clients requesting appointments *note that if you have a gift voucher and you won't be able to see me during these new hours, i will continue to honour your gift voucher (should it run over expiry) then once toejamm moves into a new space, we will make you priority and get you in straight away. further updates about re-opening will be announced over the next two weeks. thank you for your understanding and i look forward to speaking with you all soon! jami - perth's pedicure junkie

Hope all has been well and you're managing to survive during the iso period I wanted to inform you all that since myself and many other beauty business were forced to shutdown on Wed 25/03/2020, I have had to shift my studio back to my house in Maylands for now, temporarily (only 8min from old location).... This means that my hours have changed dramatically until I can find a suitable space to move the business into and get back to normal again. Here are the new hours; Monday to Thursday 10AM to 6PM Now, I am still closed for services at the moment but the retail side of things is still open, so if you need any care kits in the meantime, be sure to get in touch Based on the way things are going, I am predicting/hoping that we will all be back to business by 01/06/2020 but this will be the governments decision. 09.01.2022 PRICE INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT To our dearest clients, What a full on year it has been. From leasing a space in a clinic, to making the grave decision to move the business back home because of COVID-19 but then seeing the light at the end of the tunnel which led us to finding a place to call our own on the outskirts of Subiaco, my oh my... With this journey, it opened our eyes to the parts of the business that required significant improvement and highlighted where it was lacking. These findings formed a decision that could not be made lightly, the implement of a price increase. As of today 23 Dec 2020, Toejamm’s prices will increase taking immediate affect to those pencilled-in and to those with confirmed appointments who have already paid deposits. Here is the why; Cover for increased operating costs Cover for supplier increased product costs Cover for the true and honest reflection of the highest quality of service that all clients receive, that is only possible due to our expert education, knowledge, attention to detail and care Our reasons for this is fair but may not seem that way for some. We know that receiving this email may be difficult to take in and that if you need to move on and locate another salon to service your needs and requirements we very much understand. If you do have an appointment with Toejamm in 2021 (whether it be pencilled-in, recurring or confirmed) and need to cancel it due to the increase, please contact us directly as soon as you are able so we can allow those on the waiting list an opportunity to book in. 07.01.2022 hello toejammers! just wanted to let you know that its business as usual here and that i wont be closing doors unless instructed by the government if we go into lock down. as you may have seen in my stories, i did the infection control training for the virus recently and it has prepped me more than ever ... now you know im a clean freak already but there is a few more things ive added to the process since this all began. 1 - no more hand shakes, no more hugs 2 - safe distancing 3 - sanitising your hands before we get started as we need to minimise the germies (even if we are just working on your toes, i dont know where your hands have been and i dont want germs sitting on items in my studio) #safetyfirst and thats basically it, you already know i wear a mask and gloves anyways so thats irrelevant so greatful to be a one woman band at the moment so that its just you and me in the room and theres no crowds (fyi. the girls at the clinic are doing doing the same, so all is safe) lets keep your toes jammin and those nails poppin love and safe wishes to you all! jami - perths pedicure junkie x ps. remember, cancel if youre currently in quarantine from a trip away and if youre sick, dont rock up, i will turn you away and you will loose your deposit and we dont that (i have high risk family members with low immune so if i catch it and visit them without realising i have it, theres going to be trouble ) *standard toejamm 48hr cancellation/reschedule policies still apply
