16.01.2022 I have been working on this beautiful little face on and off for the last two days. It is the face of a very sweet and special little dog called Emmy, a rescue Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Thank you for trusting her portrait to me Meg!

16.01.2022 Something a bit different! A sample done during a live online lesson I ran today. We were playing with colour, looking at layering with masking fluid, and defining with fine liners. I hope she enjoyed it, despite my terrible technological skills, steep learning curve! I was clearly enjoying the green today!

15.01.2022 These paintings are commissions for a very lovely (and patient) customer who's mother was a gifted birdlife photographer and I had the pleasure of using some of them as reference photo's. These will fly home with her to be in their natural surroundings in South Africa. The little Schnauzer is her own little sweetie.
