18.01.2022 Wow what a year!!! We want to say a massive thank you What beautiful amazing clients we have. Your support has been above & beyond and we have been truly humbled by your loyalty and friendship.... The build up to Christmas is always immense for any hairdresser, but rolling straight off of the back of a 14 week shut-down it has been crazy! It's the hardest either of us has ever worked, whilst still juggling Covid, kids, graduations, overseas families, deaths & trying to recuperate financially from an awful year. We couldn't have done it without you so a very sincere thank you from us both We hope that you all have a wonderful and safe Christmas and holiday period with your families & finger's crossed that 2021 is a brighter one for us all Rach & Liz xxxx We will both be taking time off, and hours will differ throughout January so please message us if you are thinking of popping by for products to avoid dissapointment

14.01.2022 This is interesting. I love red hair, my 1/4 Vietnamese/British niece has gorgeous red hair. ( found this from a hairdressing community page) ... How gorgeous is this natural colour? Red hair first appeared as the result of a genetic mutation with the first documented case of natural-born redhead occurring in Scotland. * Less than 2% of the world's population have red hair. * Scotland boasts the highest percentage of natural redheads while Ireland comes in second. * Natural redheads are rare,the gene is recessive,meaning both parents must each be carrying the recessive gene for their child to have red hair. * Natural red hair is less likely to go gray. * A redhead’s ability to produce a pheomelanin also allows them to have a higher resistance to pain. So for all those natural redheads...you are extremely rare! Who else loves red hair?

10.01.2022 One of our favourite things about being hairdressers is being able to be a confidant for so many Some of our client's are isolated and coming to the hairdressers is their only outlet We have continued calling & texting those isolated people during lockdown so that they can still have their chats ... We have both really struggled like many through this time, and there have been times where we haven't been ok. It's so important to keep checking in on each other.
