Sign this petition to ensure the health star rating gets it right on cooking oil - olive oil is proven to be far superior in every way to refined vegetable oil. It protects against heart disease and is brimming with amazing antioxidants to support good health. Comparing this with refined vegetable oils, which are filled with trans fats and actually make heart disease worse, it's hard to understand why the health star rating system is looking at rating them as healthier than olive oil.
