Most... famous for Mt Oberon’s breathtaking 360-degree panorama view, we couldn’t believe our eyes when the mountain peak stole the limelight, transforming into a Narnia-esque winter wonderland! 20.01.2022 Following state-wide instruction from the Victorian Chief Health Officer that no public gatherings should occur of 500 or more people outdoors, and 100 people i...ndoors, Parks Victoria has decided to close some high visitation sites. This is for public safety and to protect visitors. This includes camping and accommodation at Tidal River, Wilsons Promontory National Park which will be closed from Sunday 22 March, while limiting the number of day visitors from Monday 23 March 2020. Lighthouse accommodation, and remote camping sites throughout the park remain open (subject to normal operational procedures). For more information, please visit www.parks.vic.gov.au/covid19

12.01.2022 There will be a limit on the number of vehicles permitted into Wilsons Promontory National Park on Monday 8 June. Once capacity is met, entry to the park will b...e temporarily halted to manage visitor numbers. Parks Victoria staff will be at the park entry to assist visitors and monitor vehicle numbers. Stay safe by maintaining good hygiene, keeping your distance from others and do not gather in groups of more than 20 people.
