13.01.2022 Good news, I've been given a little extra time to raise the funds to get me to worlds. If you want to be a part of this journey please click on the link..https://www.gofundme.com/TomGreenWorlds

12.01.2022 As you may or may not know, I've been fortunate to have been named on the Australian Junior Kayaking World Championship team heading to Belarus in July. It's going to cost a fortune so I'm attempting to make a significant dent in the likely 10k bill by fundraising with a raffle. It's a huge task but with support, anything is possible! This is where you come into it....... I can't do this on my own, I need your help! Do you or someone you know have any quality products that could be added to a raffle list that will be promoted and sold online for maximum exposure. I'm prepared to work for it, please get in touch to discuss ways I could repay your generosity. If you have any ideas on ways to raise what's needed, I'm all ears, please get in touch. ........ Tom

12.01.2022 I support Mack, speak up against drug cheats.

12.01.2022 Great way to finish a hectic and exhausting 7 days of racing. 04.01.2022 On the countdown to selections

04.01.2022 So time has run out. Today I have had to withdraw from the Australian Junior Team. Unfortunately without sponsors or a very full bank account, competing overseas is just not going to be possible for me. I'd like to thank everyone who tried to make this happen. To everyone who helped by sharing my gofundme page, who wrote letters, applied for grants, entered competitions and have just supported me along the way. To my coaches, Anna Wood and Andrea King, I can't thank you enoug...h for believing in me and putting your time and effort into developing me as a paddler. This is not the end of the road for me. I'm going to do everything I can to continue in my pursuit of Tokyo 2020. In the short term I'm honoured to be working along side Australia's K2 Women heading to Rio. (The A Team Alyce Burnett and Ali Bull) I'm more than happy to be chased around the Gold Coast canals by these two champions as they prepare to unleash on the world in Rio. Again, thank you for your ongoing support. Watch this space .....................

04.01.2022 Hi, Im selling my gibbons Ski. Size 9, great condition, water tight for $1800 Ono. If you know someone who's looking for a Ski please pass my details on. Otherwise, please share my post.

03.01.2022 All in all I had a good day in the office. Was fortunate to have landed on the podium a few times. I've still got a lot of improvement to go but definitely on my way. Another big day of racing tomorrow with K1 200m, k4 and K2 races.

03.01.2022 This is the reason I paddle. Such great mates on and off the water.

02.01.2022 Call out to all my friends around the world to get behind these great causes this weekend. No matter where you are, please spare just a few minutes to clean up your local environment. Take a pic or post a video to show that you are a #GoodHuman #wwuya #GiftedOrg

02.01.2022 Training and racing in Australia's hot conditions can really take its toll with results. When you train so hard you don't want to leave anything to chance come race day. Thanks Virus Australia for my bag of goodies. #virus #compression #keepsyoucool #sprintkayak #australia #virusaus

02.01.2022 So those who have anything to do with Surf Lifesaving will know how difficult it is to change clubs. The loyalty and friendships that bond team mates together is something that's not found in many other sports. After a long time of indecision, I have decided in order to stay involved in the sport that a change was needed. So I'm saying goodbye to Currumbin SLSC. It's not a decision I've taken lightly, in fact it has been very difficult. Before rumours have an opportunity to ...spread I'll clear a few things up. 1. No I have not been paid to go to another club. 2. I have not been offered any incentives financial or otherwise 3. I have not been given any craft, special conditions or had patrol hours waived, cut or otherwise. I have been given an opportunity to become a member of a community in which value is placed on the individual not achievements, points earned or medals won. I am looking forward to my next chapter that begins at North Burleigh Surf Club.
