19.01.2022 Just went for a run up the road in a 458 Italia Ferrari with some boys doing a lads trip. The word I'm looking for is unbelievable. 280kmph in about 6seconds. What a rush. Never thought I would get this life experience. Wooowho.

15.01.2022 Made it to Pimba first shower in 13 days. Resting my sore feet and doing some much needed washing. Laying in mozzie dome last night with arms behind my head looking at the stars and wondering what that putrid smell was? Armpit smells like it's just come out of a crab pot! Nice. Getting heaps stronger already. Muscle memory is a great thing. Thanks all for the encouraging words and the piss takes makes me laugh when I get into ph zone. Pack a lot lighter as took John Waynes advice and drank the carton of beer, ate the pizza and timtams.

14.01.2022 Made it to Glendambo last night after a 28km day. Feet a bit worse for wear so putting the feet up for a few days plan to watch the Hawks pump the Cats tomorrow. Had some wild wet and cold nights over the last 10 days. Made a snow cave out of a sand dune and worked out a way to turn saltwater into drinkable freshwater. Amazing what you can come up with when you have plenty of time to think. Put my coffee plunger to use. Phinny would be proud of me- cafe latte desert style.

05.01.2022 Made first food drop today. 8 days in and not barking at the moon yet. Having a blast-gee im good company. Ha. Spag bol with onion garlic olives salami and palm cheese. Chocolate pudding with cream dessert. Gotta love the food drop drum.

03.01.2022 On the overland train. Heading to the start of this adventure. It's pissing rain. Pack way too heavy will have to cull some gear. 26kg without water. Maybe 15 year's ago.
