13.01.2022 I hesitated posting this because I didn't edit my body, or anything else to make it look better than it is. No flattering lighting, no retouching my skin. Just me. For the past couple of weeks I've been having really conflicting emotions surrounding the way I look and I think that's come from me stopping working out due to my mental health. I think because I continuously post photos of myself and my body looking good (or at least I think it looks good :) ), I feel it's only... fair to post when I'm not feeling or looking the best either. We all go through times when we feel ugly or worthless, sometimes we go through these times more than other people. I'm still trying my best to manage these feelings and I wanted to share this with you because I'm sick of pretending it doesn't happen and continuing to post regardless of the way I feel or look, and not addressing it. Anyway that's my rant over. Please try and love yourself even tho it's hard sometimes. Luv ya xx See more
