25.01.2022 Every year our good friends at @firewire_jp request a special design for Japan . This year its the #Xwing featuring a fang diamond #deathstar tail design on an updated Modern Planing Hull template with a torpedo nose and quad inside single concave.... #MPH #QISC #LFT

01.01.2022 #throwback #2007 to my first #Jettail ultra modern fish design made for the Surfing Life Magazine magazine Board Bible . I had been previously having some success riding modernised fish designs through 2005-06 with the #flyingfish and #Drongo models and this was the first of the jet fighter tails . The concept was the reduce the drag of the deep incut fish tail and create more release by utilising specific angles to act as pivot points . They worked great and set me on a mission to create a range of sub sonic future fishes which I dubed Hydrofoils for their aerofoil outlines and tail profiles which also had great fluid dynamic properties. @andrewshield
