21.01.2022 COVID-19 Update As most of you know, we have received the update that Regional Victoria will be moving into Stage 3 Lockdown Restrictions as of midnight Wednesday 5th August. As a result we will be closing our doors to all visitors at 12pm midday Wednesday.... Until then you can continue to use the facility (given you are wearing a face mask) as normal! Members : This means all memberships: Direct Debit, 24 Hour, and Up-Front will be paused from Midnight Wednesday until we are cleared to re-open. TOMFIT CUP 2020 : We feel that it’s important to continue our 8-Week Program for the health of the community. Further updates on this will be posted both on social media, email & on our website. Leasing Equipment : We have received a large volume of enquiries for the leasing of equipment. We have made the decision again, not to lease equipment for hygiene and wear & tear prevention reasons. We appreciate your support & patience as we navigate through this challenging time!

19.01.2022 Covid-19 Update . So do you want the bad news or the good news first? . The bad news is... we are still unable to open for an uncertain period of time.... The good news is... we are back to running some of your fave classes outdoors . Swipe pic for details! . . On another note, lately we have been inundated with questions regarding covid-19 and gyms . Rather than replying to all private messages and emails we have decided to outline the answers here . . FAQ & A’s . 1. ‘Are you taking clients for personal training?’ A: Yes, however most spots are currently filled. For bookings/inquiries email [email protected]. 2. ‘When will you be running outdoor classes? Do I need to book?’ A: Outdoor classes will take off as of Monday 21st September. Swipe photo for full class details. 3. ‘Are you still selling merchandise and supplements?’ A: Yessss, email [email protected] to order. Most of our stocked items are listed on our website for reference. 4. ‘Any word on when you will likely re-open?’ A: Again, it is unclear when all gyms, sporting & recreational facilities can re-open. 10.01.2022 FACE MASK UPDATE . As per Daniel Andrews announcement regarding the new move to enforce mandatory mask wearing across Regional Victoria, as of this Sunday (2nd August 2020) from midnight we will require all visitors/staff to wear a face mask. . What does this mean for you? ... . You will need to wear a correctly fitted mask to and from the gym at all times. You do not have to wear your face mask while you’re exercising, but you will be required to wear it immediately before and after. You must keep a face mask with you at all times. We ask that you also wear a mask if your exercise is of low range intensity (e.g. rehabilitation work). Stay at home if you are unwell with any one cold/flu-like symptoms, and get tested at your nearest testing location (e.g. BCH Wonthaggi Hospital drive-through testing). .
