24.01.2022 Don’t be too hard on yourself! Stop counting calories and starve yourself! Stop these long exercises and gym visits you can’t sustain nor have time for. Lasting Health & Fitness starts in your head, ... not in the gym and dinner plate! http://tomsfitness.com.au/ See more

22.01.2022 Manage your energy with food intake, the right food at the right time and quantity. Never skip breakfast, start with a large glass of water straight after awakening and have your first meal of the day within half hour. Your brain knows that you’re awake, but you need to get your metabolism to work as well. http://bit.ly/2CHzxih

21.01.2022 Hitting the gym for hours on end trying to ‘burn’ calories is a never winning battle. You need to have a plan, a track to run on. Most people do the wrong exercise at the wrong time. http://bit.ly/2HMoQ1p

15.01.2022 We all want to be fit, healthy and lots of energy to complete all the things we need to do and have time to spare at the end of the day. You know you have to exercise more, eat healthy and less calories as well as follow through with positive lifestyle interventions. But how... ...can you develop the habits and do the activities to achieve long-term health and fitness goals in a sustainable way?

05.01.2022 Leverage your energy High energy requires a balanced diet and moderate exercise. Keep your body healthy. Your mind needs it. Get seven to eight hours of sleep nightly. If you can’t do that, change your priorities.... There will always be more you can do, but you won’t get there if you’re in a hospital from a heart attack or stroke. You only have one life, so don’t shut out everything else important including your health. Leverage your energy so you can focus on your task with mental clarity, and give it the effort it deserves.

02.01.2022 Health and Fitness Goals - Erase the finish line! Focus on permanent behaviours that create lasting change and constant growth. How many times have you achieved your goal but lost those gains later? That’s because you reverted back to your normal behaviour. Your health and fitness should be something that doesn’t end. Your smaller goals should be milestones that push you in that direction. As you approach the end of your milestone, create the framework for the next one.... Your actions and habits are the framework. If you build on it, nothing can stop you. It’s the small things compounded daily that create meaningful results. The simplest way to be consistent is to start small, one push-up, one sit-up and a squat a day. No cake and no soft drink today. Schedule those actions daily in your activity and exercise calendar. Once these actions become a habit, build on them. See more
