03.01.2022 Big congratulations to our team for their efforts at the Bai Rui TKD nationals. Kevin and Caitlyn won overall male and female champions and I can’t wait to get them into our gym to work with our team. Amazing role models for all TKD practitioners and young students looking to compete. Nearly half of our team took home medals and there was some courageous moments from a few young teens that just made me so proud.... It’s hard to win but it’s not hard to show heart...all I can do as a mentor is to guide my students on believing that they have the heart to achieve any goal. The rest is up to them Bring on 2021 and the Australian school of Taekwondo’s first ever competition.

01.01.2022 What a big 2020 for the Australian school of Taekwondo. We head into the new year affiliated with ITF Australia. I have been searching for years for a future filled with opportunity for my students and I am proud to say that we have found it. Our students now have access to more competitions, seminars and support from the very best Taekwondo exponents in Australia and throughout the world.... We have maintained our large student numbers and the youth of our club will ensure that we will be a constant in the Taekwondo scene in Australia looking into the future. We have our new Mansfield dojo that gives us an amazing facility to excel and our black belts a place they can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week....a place they can call home With all these amazing changes and opportunities the one thing will stay the same....I will lead by example, I will continue to work hard and align myself with good, positive people. I will make sure my 5 year old white belts gets as much as my love and support as my black belt instructors....and I will continue to live each day as if it’s my last Thank you....chief instructor Tom foggo
