24.01.2022 To achieve the best results at home, tell us not to cut the meats and lightly reheat/re-crisp by pan frying with a little oil. Oh and we have been offering a 10% discount for takeaways too!

18.01.2022 Chicken Katsu - here at Ton & Co we are normally the *Ton*katsu specialist, but this weekend (14/8-16/8) we will be testing out some chicken breast katsu. Same brine-curing process (no ageing though!) as our pork cuts to achieve extra tender results. Limited serves available! *$21 for a 250+g cut with rice and soup set *10% for pick up!

04.01.2022 Hi guys, we will be closed this Saturday and Sunday for Easter holidays. We are open for Friday dinner service. Booking will be essential, as we have a small number of seats . *5% public holiday surcharge applies on Friday, all proceeds go to staff penalty rates. Its the best we can do!
