14.01.2022 Have you booked your sessions for classes? All bookings are through our easy to use booking system - https://my.powerdiary.com/clientportal/tiup Just a few reminders: ... All bookings are to be confirmed and locked in 3 hours prior, so I can ensure the class is planned around who is attending. Min 3 for class to go ahead - I will also try to move people around so we can fill class times. Cancellations under 3 hours prior to class will be charged at session the rate. In the instance the trainer needs to cancel, make up sessions will be offered.

03.01.2022 Excuses will get you so far, or not very far at all. There will most likely always be an easier option - in the many things we do in our lives. How many excuses do you make before you just get on with it & do it? It's easier not to turn up to Bootcamp & stay at home "I'm too tired"... It's easier to get take away than cook a nutritious meal "I can't be bothered" It's easier to walk away from a difficult relationship or decision than to work through it "This is too hard" It's easier to blame others than take responsibility "It's not my fault" It's also easier to want a 'quick fix', you know a magic shake or just not eat a meal because the work is too hard. What's your excuse? My go too, is I don't have TIME. I'm such a time conscious person that the mere possibility of running over time or not fitting things in worries me! I'm getting better that's for sure. I just can't loose sight of my own well being .
