06.01.2022 Tong's in house beer nerd gives his thoughts on Coedo's Shiro Heffeweizen, now pouring at Tong: "Being a massive fan of both Coedo Brewery and Hefeweizen (wheat beer) I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of beer taps here at Tong and I was not disappointed. Cloudy in appearance with light to medium body this excellent beer has strong banana and clove flavours with a hint of grapefruit and creamy head. Definitely a session beer for summer that is destined to make it onto your favourites list!"
