24.01.2022 #copywritingservice Hello! If we haven’t met yet, I’m Toni. I love writing copy and content for businesses looking to position their brand as the solution to their customers.... There’s no specific industry I work with. I’ve written communications for a range of industries such as medical, renewal energies and housing. Plus, many others. Here’s a quick timeline of my marketing journey. 2018 I built my website after leaving my job as a Clinic Practice Manager. Later that year, Skillshare in New York approached me with an offer to teach marketing to prospective students. 2019 I’ve conducted several workshops teaching business owners about the 7 elements of copywriting and digital marketing strategies. I was nominated for two business excellence awards in the categories of Young Business Person of the Year and New Business of the Year. 2020 I was hired by the local government to write copy for their websites, flyers, social media campaigns and others. If you’re looking for smart, concise copy and informative content, just send me an email at [email protected] Discover what effective writing can do for your business today.
22.01.2022 #opinion I recently came across a post on Instagram of an entrepreneur talking about the launch of his new website. The introduction started off well but then the copywriter in me was silently cringing.... I found myself asking a serious question ‘Why would you say that?!’ The issue was that he put a lot of emphasis on how far he wants his brand to go. Now, there’s nothing particularly wrong with this but it’s just the way it was worded. Saying, ‘I want books on shelves. I want people to wear my merchandise’ is not a great first impression. A benefit-driven copy places the focus on how you can improve people’s lives not yours. I like this saying best: ‘You confuse you lose’ React to this post if you agree.

If not, here are 3 quick reasons why you should know.... 1) Page speed is fundamental to a healthy website. 2) It can impact your ability to rank well in Google. 3) A slow site is not a great first impression to prospects looking for information - fast.
