On Monday 4 February, the Government released the Final Report which contained recommendations around mortgage brokers which you may have read about. The Government also announced their response to the Final Report. You may have heard about the recommendation that customers could pay a fee for service for my services to you as your mortgage broker. ...The current service I provide you, our valued clients, has not changed. My services as a mortgage broker to you, continues to be at no charge. I am a licensed professional and under the law disclose to you all fees and commissions I earn in conjunction with the work I do on your behalf. Customers are the cornerstone of our business and to put it simply, without you, we don’t exist. I wanted to let you know there is currently no fee to use me as your mortgage broker. 07.01.2022 There is nothing more personally gratifying, being a Finance Broker knowing that I was able to assist one of my valued clients secured their first home. This a picture of my client proudly placing the ‘sold sign ‘ on the sale board over the weekend !! I had provided Matt with the right strategies, coaching and planning to ensure that he had enough deposit and sufficient income to service a home loan within his means.
