24.01.2022 we are registered through #architectsassist offering pro bono #architecture and #design services to assist those affected by the devastating #australianbushfirecrisis

20.01.2022 An important message to all our valued clients and collaborators: TONIC has a belief in thinking globally but acting locally. We are careful to consider all those we collaborate with and the environment in which we work to create unique, functional and safe design outcomes that benefit all. Given the everchanging global and local environment we are more conscious than ever that we act on our beliefs and exercise consideration and caution, while continuing to provide the high...est level of friendly service possible to our clients and collaborators. As such, we have implemented some small and temporary procedural changes that ensure the TONIC team, their families, our clients and all those we interact with daily can remain safe and healthy. 1. We have instigated an appointment only visiting policy to the TONIC studio. 2. We are dedicated to working with all our clients and collaborators to ensure that we can still safely meet in person for one on one or small group meetings at TONIC, if required. Alternately, we can video or phone conference with you. 3. Our staff are implementing social distancing and we have implemented more stringent sanitisation process within our studio environment. 4. We have asked staff to minimise site visits in favour of video or phone conferencing or email responses. 5. We will continue to monitor the warnings of the W.H.O and our local authorities, and act on their advice appropriately. 6. Should the current situation change we have the ability to work remotely from home and via video or phone conferencing. It is important for us that you know that we are able to continue to work on all our projects and we continue to welcome enquiry for new projects. We believe these small changes will cause minimal disruption to our current studio operation, or the high level of service we provide to our clients. We will miss seeing you all in person regularly but look forward to keeping in touch and meeting face to face again soon in the near future.
