15.01.2022 Shirley attended her first 4 day Bowen workshop with Ossie in 1990. Here she is today, at 88 years old, still able to offer a very commendable Bowen treatment. ...Instructor Anne Schubert says, "There is nothing Shirley likes better than joining me (as a 'body') while I pass on our wonderful Bowen legacy teaching Modules 1-6." Almost anyone can learn the gentle yet powerful touches of Bowen therapy. Visit www.bowentraining.com.au to learn more. 15.01.2022 Please TAG & SHARE.... JOURNALISTS OF AUSTRALIA - IS THIS A STORY WORTH REPORTING? - Be careful though as it is the TRUTH! Yes the (DAA) Dietitans Association o...f Australia, come out swinging saying that if you eat "The Paleo Way" it is dangerous..bahahaha (all of those delicious abundant vegetables, small to moderate amounts of well sourced seafood/meat, and healthy dietary fats and fermented veg and broths!) However, they have absolutely no issue whatsoever to partner with NESTLE and educate our CHILDREN in shopping centres that MILO and MAGGI SAUCES are healthy choices and we should be using margarine and eating 6 serves of nutrient devoid and gut disrupting grains per day! Surely someone high up the ranks would have thought "hmmmm, maybe this isn't the wisest choice for us as an organisation to be partnering with....but tell me again, how much are they paying us for this alignment?" My question is, do the public take this organisation seriously anymore or are they becoming the laughing stock of the health industry? Oops i meant "wellness" industry as we need to choose WELLNESS! Is this a major conflict of interest? Have a read of Grace's post below, it is shocking... Grace Miano - Goodness Gracious Health https://www.facebook.com/GoodnessGraciousHealth/ This information was share shared with me by a fellow Nutritional Medicine Practitioner: "Many of you may have noticed a recent advertising campaign by Nestle using the slogan: 'Nestle: Choose Wellness. Good Food, Good Life.' You also may have noted that they are using green and white as the main colours of this marketing campaign to give people the feeling that their products are 'healthy' and 'clean'. This campaign has saturated most commercial TV and Foxtel channels. It could be a desperate bid to gain customers back, as many consumers are educating themselves and realising just how unhealthy these products are. whatever the reason, they are spending vast amounts of money to achieve it; as their campaign hasn't stopped at television: https://www.facebook.com/NestleAuNZ/ https://www.nestlechoosewellness.com.au/ https://www.milo.com.au/milo-champions Yesterday at the Garden City Westfield Shopping Center Nestle held an event. They had hired dietitians to talk to the public about 'health' under their slogan and brand. They had ample marketing aimed at children with a rock climbing wall in the center, give aways of milo popper drinks loaded with 17.9g of sugar in one tiny serve of 200ml (calling it a health drink) and a cooking show for kids using Maggi flavouring sachets (containing sugar and vegetable oils). The dietitians there gave away bags of nestle marketing and plastic plates with eating guidelines on them for kids; some pamphlets with nestle products state 'brought to you by the Australian Healthy Food Guide.' a magazine co-created with dietitians. This pamphlet is an infographic that came in bags being handed out to parents and children which promotes the idea that milo makes every glass of milk healthier! http://www.nestle.com.au//milo%20infographic%20lifting%20l They have carefully manipulated information to make milo appear healthier than it is. Especially look at their section on Milo's sugar content. More of the 'Nestle Choose Wellness' events will be happening around Australia." I am so disappointed in the health professionals that chose to be a part of this. I urge you to be very critical of anything you see presented to you as healthy or unhealthy, even by me. Educate yourself so that you can cut through the marketing BS. Question everything. Big thanks to Krystal Leigh for the images and the original post! https://www.facebook.com/profile.php

12.01.2022 The Many Faces of Bowen "My Father passed away last week Anne, I've come to have a Bowen." The Bowen Technique has the remarkable ability to create a relaxation... so deep that all thought appears to melt away. Many, many times I have been afforded the privilege of using our unique technique in this manner. This requires a quiet room, a gentle touch, an understanding of appropriate procedures, sufficient pauses and a ready ear to allow the deep stillness to permeate the clients being. Perhaps the most poignant case for me was that of a local family whose young daughter tragically drowned. I was called to their home to assist the distraught family coping with a very public funeral. This application of Bowen has enormous potential in benefiting those who have experienced the loss of a precious loved one. 03.01.2022 Simple choices that you make every day have a huge impact. Waste minimization is an easy way to do a lot of good.
03.01.2022 This is my brother Callum. His NDIS funding has been cut by the Morrison Government. My mum informed those responsible that part of Callum’s package was unspent... due simply to services temporarily not being available (due to no fault of our family). Let’s be clear, the $4.6 billion underspend on the NDIS is because the Federal Government have tightened the taps for vulnerable people with a disability who are desperately waiting for the support they need! My brother, like others, isn’t asking for a lot. He wants a job, to move out of home and to live independently. Unlike many families, Callum has a sister who is a State Member of Parliament and a Mum who has worked In the Public Service. We understand how to navigate the complicated system. I’m speaking out because most families don’t have that same privilege. If you know someone waiting for the NDIS or who’s funding has been cut, please let me know.
03.01.2022 This is my partner jill.i have been Jill,s carer for approximately 10 years and have watched her quality of life diminish over that time.jill also has rheumatoi...d arthritis.we made these videos to show people just how dramatic an effect this product can have.while what we are doing is"illegal "we don't care because it improves Jill's quality of life so much.my stomach churns with anger that the government can't legalize this product and people are treated like criminals for wanting a better quality of life. for the people that really need it i say do some research and go for it. 03.01.2022 Thanks Michael, as you are the head of the AMA, I am concerned about your allegations made towards me. Would there be any conflict of interest between the AMA... and the influence by the pharmaceutical industries? It is well known that 70-80% of chronic disease is lifestyle related and removing the inflammatory foods from our diet certainly makes a lot of sense in mine and other health professionals opinion and is backed up by the latest research. AMA president Michael Gannon told Starts at 60: It’s entirely inappropriate that a media personality claims any authority on speaking on health prevention. Doctors don’t need to be told how to practice medicine by TV celebrities who engage occasionally in their fantasy world of pseudoscience. Below are just a handful of doctors that I have interviewed and are available on my podcast and feature in the magic pill for you to listen to that are getting results through these simple and effective lifestyle changes.... so are you saying Michael that these doctors practice pseudoscience? Dr Dale Bredesen - neurologist Dr David Perlmutter - neurologist Dr Maya Shetreat-Klein - neurologist (paediatric) Dr William Davis - cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra - cardiologist Dr Rangan Chatterjee -GP &host of doctor in the house BBC Dr Kelly Brogan - clinical psychiatrist Dr Rachael Wyndham - GP and naturopath Dr Jason Fung - Kidney specialist Dr Andreas Eenfeld - GP and low carb expert Dr Terry Wahls - MS champion and conducting studies at university of Ohio on MS and role of lifetyle Dr Oscar Serrallach - GP and integrative doctor Dr Sarah Ballantyne - PHD Dr Steven Lin - dentist Dr Timothy Noakes - sports professor Dr Gary Fettke - orthopaedic surgeon (now silenced for giving advice to patients to cut down their sugar intake) Caryn Zinn - dietitian NZ Dr Eugene Fine - Clinical professor of radiology/nuclear medicine In everything that I say in my movie, tv series, books and interviews, I make it crystal clear that modern medicine and lifestyle choices need to work together and in harmony and to consult health professionals that are up to date. I do hope one day, you will choose to open up your heart and mind to the possibility of working together. Which is why in the movie The Magic Pill we work with doctors and health professionals and interview them through out the film. We also show in great detail how the current dietary guidelines came to be which has been a horrible experiment on the human population but has no doubt helped create the medical industry that we currently have. You may like to educate yourself on this topic if you haven’t already. There really is a simple solution for the 70-80% of health related illnesses and for the remainder we rely on medical professionals to do what they do best. There are so many doctors and health professionals in Australia and around the globe sharing with their patients these simple lifestyle principles and are getting amazing results. Part of the Hippocratic Oath I will use treatment to help the sick according to my ability and judgment, but never with a view to injury and wrong-doing. Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course. Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. Why is it that type 2 diabetes can be reversed in a very high % of cases through these simple principles that the AMA won’t even entertain looking at the evidence? https://startsat60.com//pete-evans-paleo-pet-food-range-he

02.01.2022 Hi everyone. I have been busy lately studying Disability Support at TAFE, Wonderful teachers and a great bunch of fellow students. Its got me thinking about what WE need as a society to survive.....good food (more about that soon, watch this space!!), clean water, shelter and a shared society......there is the rub......many of us can feel rejected and isolated at times from society. The clip below is worth 3 minutes of your time today to watch, it is awesome. Happy watching.... https://youtu.be/jD8tjhVO1Tc
