22.01.2022 Some more progress shots of the coffee table. I decided to do the final shaping of the top with the spindle moulder instead of using the router. The second photo is after shaping with the MDF template still attached. The final shots show the top mounted to the base. Next week some sanding and oiling.

19.01.2022 The dining table looks better with some chairs around it.

18.01.2022 The bottom trims have been shaped with the router and fitted.

18.01.2022 The tops of the bedside units have been glued up and fitted. I may still route some sort of profile on the edge. The drawer faces and bottom trim are yet to be completed. I need to source some more timber for the drawer faces before finishing.

16.01.2022 The coffee table certainly lifts after some oil. The second photo was just sent to me after the owner picked it up this afternoon. The third photo is a dining table I did recently for him.

12.01.2022 These are some photo's showing the progression of the coffee table top from pre-glue up to trimming to a round shape. Final diameter will be 1 meter. Next will be routing to the finished size.

10.01.2022 A couple of bedside tables underway at the moment out of mountain ash. 3 drawers in each unit.

09.01.2022 Pictured is a blackwood dining table that I repaired recently. The top had been damaged and the family wanted it finished in oil instead of the polyurethane finish that was on it. Lots of sanding. The following photo is after the second coat of oil.

05.01.2022 This is a display cabinet for die cast models. The space was a bit tight to get a photo of the whole unit. This is a temporary home until the adjoining room is ready. Then the glass fronts will be installed. I must go and take a photo with some cars on the shelves.
