25.01.2022 NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19 We trust that all our patients are following and will continue to follow correct protocols that have been issued by the Australian Government and other health officials regarding this outbreak. However as a health practitioner clinic ourselves we feel it is important to reinforce these practices.... We are urging all patients to please self isolate if they are feeling unwell, so that we do not put other patients or ourselves at risk of infection. Please do not attend the clinic if you have a fever or respiratory illness, or if you fit the recent Government criteria for self-isolation for 14 days (ie returned from overseas recently or have been to the restricted countries and subsequently feel unwell). In the clinic we have implemented additional cleaning and sanitising procedures to minimise the risk of infection. Hand sanitiser is readily available at the front desk and in the consult rooms, which we encourage all patients to use. A further reminder to be careful, vigilant, calm and above all kind to each other during this time. With thanks, Tony and Caitlin.

14.01.2022 UPDATE TO OUR BOOKINGS Yes we are still open. We will remain open until we are advised any differently from the government.... We have put practices in place and are continuing to do our best to look after ourselves and our patients while we are still open. We will be changing the available times patients are able to book appointments. This will limit the amount of patients we will be able to see each day but we feel it is in ours and our patients best interest to do this. Appointments will be broken up throughout the day to try and avoid multiple people sitting in our waiting room for extended periods of time. Please come to your appointment on time. If you arrive early perhaps wait in your car or outside until your appointment time. If you are going to be late please call the clinic to let us know (which you should already be doing) so we can try and work around this. Thank you for your patience and understanding

11.01.2022 WE WILL REMAIN OPEN DURING THE VICTORIAN 7 DAY LOCKDOWN As everyone will now be well aware, Victoria will enter a 7 day circuit breaker lock down from 11.59pm Thursday May 27th until 11.59pm Thursday June 3rd. The Victorian government have classified chiropractic as an essential service and we will remain open for those 7 days, permitting us to see patients who require essential clinical care.... Everyone who enters the clinic must wear a face mask unless exemption applies. Please try to be on time to your appointment including not arriving too early to avoid having excess people in the waiting room at one time. Thank you for your continued support, patience and understanding.

10.01.2022 We are done for 2020! Thank you to all our wonderful patients who came and saw us this year we appreciate your support so very much. There were a few changes made around the clinic this year including welcoming our newest addition, Abbie from Beauty By Abbie to the clinic. We were lucky enough to be able to stay open throughout the entire year which we are so very grateful for but it is now time for a well deserved, rested holiday! 09.01.2022 DON"T FORGET YOUR MASK As of 11.59pm Sunday August 2nd all patients will be required to wear a mask into the clinic. You can take your mask off while being treated if necessary but while you are in the waiting room please keep your mask on.

07.01.2022 We are still open and operating (almost) as normal! Our hours are still slightly reduced, closed Wednesdays and Saturdays however this may change in the coming weeks depending on circumstances. Open 9.00am - 5.30pm every other weekday.... All health and safety precautions are still in place. Washing and sanitising of hands, wiping down all surfaces and keeping a safe distance are all still mandatory in our clinic. It is super important to be looking after your heath especially during high periods of stress like most of us are experiencing at the moment.
