19.01.2022 Loosing weight is not difficult, I have helped hundreds of people the challenge is keeping if off. If you don't learn anything as you loose weight you will put it back on. if a weight management programme is going to work over the long term it must be educational it must help you make changes, more of the same brings more of the same ! 09.01.2022 I have some new people on my weight loss program, one has lost 9 kilos & 24 cm in 4 weeks another has lost 6 kilos and 13 cm in her first week ( it is not just fluid its body fat) not bad results and the big boy has lost 7 kilos and 21 cm in two weeks. 19cm is a size in clothes. Keep going you can do it.
