This Gold Medal Winner (at the Royal Hobart Show 2018) is sourced from the suet of beef, grass-fed on Tasmania's lush paddocks. It has a very high melting point making it awesome for searing meat and is an ideal fat for deep frying foods in due to its high smoke point of approx. 200 degrees. 05.01.2022 I just had to make the beef brisket slow cooked in the oven again to make sure it wasnt a fluke. One hour uncovered, four hours on low and it was melt in your mouth delicious! The veges were an afterthought, the meat stole the show. Thanks Grant!
