09.01.2022 Dear valuable clients, Given the progression of COVID-19, I would like to detail my response below in providing piano tuning and repair services. I am happy to continue my services, however, I would like to assure everyone that the health and wellbeing of my clients and their families is my priority and I will be taking personal measures, as well as following all recommended Government guidelines to ensure this. I will do the following if my services are required: ... 1. Disinfect myself and my tools each time before entering a client's home with sanitiser spray and hand sanitiser. 2. Maintain a 1.5m distance when communicating with you, texting/calling to inform you of my arrival. 3. Wear a surgical mask and gloves if requested the client. 4. Disinfect the piano prior to leaving. 5. Send and provide reports/invoices through email or text only. 6. Accept cash, internet banking transfer payments after the service completed. I am more than happy to take these measures in the course of tuning or repairing your piano. Thank you very much for supporting me and choosing my services during these difficult times!
