22.01.2022 E OT YOE - TOOYY - IE OTY EEIEE Did you know that passenger train services operate from PERTH to TOODYAY through the stunning Avon Val...ley - AKA Perth’s backyard! Or you can wander further through the Wheatbelt on same services. ‘ ’ ! . Heading out from East Perth or Midland you can catch the PROSPECTOR (daily catered service travelling all the way to Kalgoorlie), the MERREDINLINK (every Monday, Wednesday and Friday leaving East Perth) and the AVONLINK(a weekday daily service between Northam, Toodyay and Midland) - Both a most enjoyable and relaxed service in air-conditioned comfort...with the best views! The journey to TOODYAY on the AvonLink or MerredinLink (45 mins from Midland) takes you on one of the most beautiful short train rides in Australia. Seriously it is! The service travels along the most stunning, picturesque AVON RIVER and into the historic town of TOODYAY (arriving 10am on MerredinLink) where you can check out the unique shops, visit the many museums, attend a workshop, have lunch and get back on train at 3pm to return to Perthor perhaps stay a day or two or more and take the same services back a bit later. 01.01.2022 TOODYAY IN AUTUMN - CHECK IT OUT! After the successful Toodyay in Winter, Spring and Summer video’s - the Toodyay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TCCI) Presid...ent Deb Andrijich is super thrilled to present the fourth and final seasonal video Toodyay in Autumn A seriously huge thanks and appreciation to those who contributed $$ to the ‘Autumn’ video: The incredibly generous Toodyay Op Shop, the amazingly supportive @Toodyay Community Bank Branch and Northam Customer Service Centre, @Shire of Toodyay, Visit Toodyay and Arc Infrastructure. Without this generous support the TCCI would not have been able to undertake and fund this project. Thanks also to others who contributed, in particular TCCI volunteer Helen Shanks who coordinated the seasonal video project and SkyWorks WA for their stunning film work on these four videos over the past year!
