25.01.2022 Year 11 Leadership Camp begins today. Have a great time Year 11s. The weather is looking great. Look forward to hearing all about the camp when you return.

24.01.2022 Our Duke of Ed students are riding their bikes again. The team are riding from Esk to Samford via Brisbane Valley Rail Trail, Ipswich, Brisbane, Southbank, Ascot, Ferny Grove and Samford over 4 days. They have arrived at Southbank after leaving Esk on Saturday.

21.01.2022 Athletics Carnival to finish off the term. Well done Coleman overall winner and Senior House Trophy and Somerset for taking out the Junior House Trophy.

21.01.2022 Half day athletics will be on in period 3 & 4 on Thursday. Normal classes will run in period 1 & 2. You will meet under I Block after 1st break to mark rolls. Friday, full carnival. Meet under I Block after 1st bell to have rolls marked and then head to the oval. Please make sure you are sun smart, wearing a hat and put on plenty of sunscreen. Bring a water bottle, there will be water stations for you to use but you need your own water bottle. ... Dress up in your house colours, there will be prizes for the best dressed. Also, remember to bring back your permission form to do high risk activities. No form, no participation. Parents and Carers - Please advise the school if you are intending on attending Athletics Carnival on either Thursday 17 or Friday 18 September. Under COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing rules, there will be a roped off area for spectators at the side of the running track but no capacity to attend individual events. Attendance is limited to members of the students’ household and is not an open invitation to community or past students. Tuckshop and toilet facilities are available on Friday with frequent surface cleaning to occur throughout the day.

13.01.2022 AJ has arrived safely. He has got a big day tomorrow, he will get to meet his new owner. We know there will be some students who are going to miss him.

13.01.2022 Athletics Carnival is fast approaching - we have some events happening before the big day. Our 1500m will be run this week during 1st break - 15 & 16 yrs Tuesday - 12,13 & 14 yrs Thursday - 17 & 18 yrs will be run on Friday. Nominations for the big day will take place on Wednesday 16 June.

10.01.2022 News from AJs new owner. AJ has settled in well, not out with the girls yet but in a paddock close to the house with other young bulls, he is complaining the grass is not green but fingers crossed it rains soon but we are delighted with him.

01.01.2022 Graduating class of 2020, Today you received your formal packages containing important passes to attend tomorrow’s final day parade and formal arrivals. Please present these passes to staff members on the front gate. If you have flu like symptoms or have travelled overseas in the past 14 days please do not attend. Please also maintain social distancing between groups at all times.
