16.01.2022 Thought I'd kick off the year with an awesome January article about training! It's often easy to be fresh and full of enthusiasm for training at the start of the year, but it can sometimes be difficult to keep the momentum going, so it can be really helpful to be mindful of what form that training takes!! Hope you all enjoy reading!!

12.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone!! I hope you are well rested and can't wait to get back to smashing out the kms! January is starting back with a bang! With all new Monday morning sessions to really kick your fitness back into gear and set you up for the rest of the year! So be ready to go starting Monday 4th at 5.30am (new meeting place @ top of Madang Street, Moorooka). Also new memberships start from January for the year....(more details to follow)!!... And finally just so that you know I'm not slacking off...I have started a January challenge! check out the pic!!
