25.01.2022 Tookawhile Show Steers had a great day at the 3rd round of the Super Steer Series Show's. Thanks to Neil and Rach Goetsch and the team at Five Star Creative for the organizing and live streaming. Cold day up on the downs, but we all had a great time.

Like the majority of Australia ...we have been in drought for the past 3 years. These bulls were born in it, early weaned in it and then raised in it. Some love it, some think it is unrealistic, some think that cattle are not in natural conditions, some think it is too political. ... At Tookawhile, we love it. We are only a small family operated stud. So we show because it allows us to get our cattle into the public eye, it shows the type of animals that we like to breed and it promotes our small stud and most of all it gives us a social outlet in the area of our loveCattle. Some people are interested is cars, football, horse riding, snow skiing, dogs, theatre ect. We are one of the many that LOVE our Cattle. So we show them not just for the competition but for the comradery, social interaction, fun and a bonus, you make friends for life.
