25.01.2022 Until further notice Lions Club of Toolamba Inc will cease all activities and meetings due to advice from Department of Health and the Victorian Government. This includes cancelling our upcoming ANZAC Memorial Day. However, if you need assistance or know someone who does please do not hesitate to contact club President Heather Mulcahy or the FB page.

20.01.2022 Our local council are offering care packages for senior residents to keep them feeling connected to the community during this time. (See article on page 2 of Thursday's Shepparton News.) Toolamba Lions Club has offered to deliver these packages to any older residents in Toolamba who would like one. If you would like a care package delivered, or know an elderly friend, neighbour or relative who would, please contact Toolamba Lions President Heather Mulcahy, or secretary Pat Patt by private message with the name, address and phone number of the recipient and how many packages are required by Monday 21st September.

17.01.2022 Cancellation of Australia Day event in Toolamba. The Lions Club has sadly decided not to go ahead with an Australia Day event this year. We don't feel confident in holding such a well respected community event. The club felt it was an appropriate and responsible decision not to hold our event due to the uncertainty around Covid-19. It has been wonderful to see the excellent turnout of community members in recent years and we hope that the event will be back, bigger and better next year.

15.01.2022 Hi Folks. We are looking for a local artist who might be interested in being involved in the creation of a Garden Art Trail event. Subject to obtaining grant funding we are looking to engage someone to create flyers and posters and someone (different person or the same one) to create a short video or slide show about the event. Please contact me asap if you know anyone who might be interested.

11.01.2022 THIS THURSDAY Toolamba Community Exercise Equipment Official Opening next Thursday 12th March 2020 at 9.30AM With demonstrations after the opening and at 3:30PM.

11.01.2022 Setting up at Toolamba drink station. We’d love to see some more helpers come by this morning. Travel over Toolamba Bridge and to the west of the Toolamba township. We will be handing drink bottles to cyclists until about 11:30. A great fundraiser for our club for a few hours of time.

We invite the Toolamba community to participate in Driveway for Dawn (as per below Flyer) 10am - Last post, 1 minute silence and the rouse over loud speaker - flags raised to full position and a community wreath to be laid at our memorial gates....
