24.01.2022 The NSW Government is hosting a Tooleybuc Draft Master Plan Workshop next Wednesday 27 February6pm-8pm at the Tooleybuc Sports Club. This will be a follow up ...to the initial community engagement held in December, to provide an overview of growth scenarios and to seek community feedback on initial growth options. The background: The NSW Government has been working with Murray River Council and community members from Tooleybuc, Goodnight, Kyalite and Koraleigh as the growth of horticulture in the region is changing the demand for full time and seasonal workers and is creating a demand for increased housing, services and infrastructure. As a result, Tooleybuc has been identified by the government as the first Local Activation Precinct in regional NSW. A Local Activation Precinct is an area with the potential to support local economic development and job creation. The NSW Government is supporting the region through government led studies, a master plan for Tooleybuc and the introduction of faster planning approvals.
