17.01.2022 Balcony leak again in casuarina nsw, had skirting tiles on the perimeter of the balcony, took off, extended and added 6mm villaboard with a small bulk head underneath the ceiling. Cladded then trimmed. Waterproofed the top outside edge, rendered the face edges then painted the whole lot. Client very happy.
