23.01.2022 REWARDS!! We get so caught up in our day to day routines that we forget about the simple easy things that take us away from the every day day grind and magically transport our minds to a place of serenity and just BEING Our reward for working a huge week and the weekend was to take a day OFF THE GRID and get lost in our incredible surroundings and also quiet relaxing time to connect with my partner and just CHILL OUT ... HOW OFTEN DO YOU REWARD YOURSELF??

20.01.2022 I have found myself this past week being massively triggered by childish behaviour of another adult, though MY REACTION was the childish ego-fuelled response wh...ich was THE VERY REASON the bait was cast to me in the first place!!!! People know how to "Push Our Buttons" though it is our Reaction and the time we give to "The Bait" which makes the difference. SOOO today has been a day of INCREDIBLE GRATITUDE GRATITUDE for my amazing partner GRATITUDE for this beautiful place I get to call home GRATITUDE for my beautiful family and friends And most of all ............ GRATITUDE FOR LOVE A perfect day spent with an amazing, beautiful soul ............... cooking, watching the EELS SMASH THE DONKEYS and spending Quality time together soaking up the Sun Sand and Surf Hope you all rewarded yourselves this weekend by doing WHAT YOU LOVE

03.01.2022 Not a bad day at all!! Nice little back patio area reborn. We spend most of our time each day with work colleagues, sharing stories and conversations yet none of those conversations are about something REALLY IMPORTANT!!... WE feel such a stigma surrounding conversations regarding OUR FEELINGS and our SHIT.
