16.01.2022 What a frantic couple of days! What a hectic 6 months it has been! In May we decided to produce a retail line (due to covid). It has been a total roller coaster. It’s taken me way out of my comfort zone, I hope it all looks ok? I know they will taste great full of our premium naturally fermented olives Finally we started production with the wonderful workers at @oranaau this week. We managed to get one order packaged (on its way @savourandgrace) before we were shut down... thanks to Covid . Craig and I had to leave early so we could get out of Adelaide and get to our Keith warehouse before we were stuck due to the 6 day lockdown. Lucky we are essential workers and can keep working. Makes me feel kind of important We managed to take some photos of two out of the 3 products before we left. So here it is part of our new retail line! Thank you @oranaau for being awesome and working overtime to finish last night Thank you Antonio @bottegarotolo for your help and suggestions. Better late than never?
