12.01.2022 With a mild winter our Pastoral summer active fescue never slowed down so this seed crop had to be topped. It’s evened it up nicely now and locked up for seed harvest. Not a bad back drop!!

10.01.2022 For once I dont really have much to say about my posts. I think the picture tells what Im thinking. I came up here to get an idea on area for aerial seeding but good news is we have plenty of deep rooted perennials trying their hardest to re establish and hold this very fragile land together .

05.01.2022 Nudan forage sorghum harvest is completed and that wraps up 19/20 harvest!! Very nice crop, yielded above expectations and I didnt get bogged! Winner Thanks Nuseed Australia for the opportunity and thanks Rotor Solutions Australia for the great pollination job. Not to get in mulched and back into grass for Upper Murray Seeds!

05.01.2022 Time to add some Heifers to this outstanding paddock of #Atomic annual ryegrass. 250 head should do the trick.

02.01.2022 You will all remember the earlier post of #Atomic ryegrass been planted as a production crop for Upper Murray Seeds. Most will know that we push these crops as hard as possible for not only seed yield but also DM production for our large Angus beef operation. I dont think I really need to say much about this post, I think we can let the pictures do the talking. Impressive...
