05.01.2022 Vale Bill Van Kuyk It is with great sadness that Toora Lions Club acknowledge the passing of Bill Van Kuyk on 11/08/2020 Bill had served Lions for over 20 years and just recently received the Melville Jones Award, one of the highest awards to be received in Lions International. A lasting memory of Bill will be him perched on his stool with that cheeky grin of his taking money for car parking on market days in Foster. Bill was much loved and respected by all and will be sadly ...missed Our thoughts and prayers go to Catherina and family. 03.01.2022 HEADS UP!! The Toora Pool will be hosting the community Christmas party again this year and boy will it be a celebration! Sunday 20th December 12 noon to 3pm Gold coin entry per person. The usual format with Spinning Wheel, giant inflatable, jumping castle (we hope), free bbq provided by Toora Lions Club and even a covid safe visit from Santa. We look forward to seeing you there.
