24.01.2022 We managed to get through both games of Night Owls last night - not a drop of rain but would appreciate some Spring weather next week. Two unlucky people missed out on having a crack at the Jackpot: Leon from Fourtops (you need to have a chat with the players Leon) and Sue from Charlie's Angels. But, Jo from Bowlingers was playing on the correct rink and won $200

16.01.2022 Come on down to the club at 10am today to cheer on club member Trevor Feast in this mornings semi final. Trevor’s game yesterday came down to the last bowl which saw Trevor go from 1 down to 2 up and take the game 21 shots to 20. It was edge of the seat viewing for a strong contingent of vocal club supporters. Bowls, what a game :)

07.01.2022 Congratulations to Trevor and Guy for taking out the men's pairs Champ of Champs this week. In this tournament the winners of each club's internal pairs competition play off against each other with one eventually coming out on top as the Champ of Champs. It is a tough competition. Winning is certainly worth smiling about.

01.01.2022 Social bowls is back and it is great to see plenty of members back on the greens. It is also lovely to see the happiness that comes from members catching up for a chat, a drink and maybe a pie. That's what community clubs like ours are all about :)
