24.01.2022 We have some exciting news! We will be hosting another MOVIE NIGHT at the pool. We have tentatively booked for Saturday 27th of February. We will have more information to follow closer to date! Hope to see everyone there!

23.01.2022 Hello Everyone. This is just a friendly reminder that Wednesday 16th of December between 10.30am and 2pm the pool will be closed to the public. Aerobics in the morning will still go ahead, however not the early morning lessons. This is just a reminder as it has been up at the pool advertised. Any questions please let me know. It is a fun and rewarding committee with not too much time commitment. The committee raises money and seeks grants to improve the pool for future generations. We do not run the pool nor do we manage the day to day. We simply work toward a better pool for everyone. If you have ideas or would like to contribute please come and join us. We look forward to welcoming you and byo a friend or two

18.01.2022 Hello Everyone, The friends of Toora Pool are holding a meeting this Sunday 15/11 5pm in the hall attached to the Anglican Church Dutton Street Toora. We would love you have some new faces on our committee to bring new ideas. Our AGM will be held in December but this is just a pre meeting to discuss possible events and projects at the pool over the next 12 months. We would love to see you at the meeting. 17.01.2022 Hello Everyone! Just wanted to let you know this long weekend we are open. Today we will be open from 9am to 5pm (inflatable on the pool going up around 12pm) with a BBQ for lunch to! Sunday is also looking hot so we will open early at 11am to 5pm. Again we will put up the inflatables and have a BBQ for lunch... Monday & Tuesday we are open 7am to 6pm. With the inflatables going up around 12 on both days, and sausages sizzle around lunch time too! Cheers Carol, Ernie & Staff

17.01.2022 HELLO EVERYONE! We have had a fantastic 1st week at the pool. We would like to announce that we will be doing swimming lessons starting term 4 week 1. Please if you would like to book swimming lessons call or message us with your prefered day, time, children's names and ages.... Swimming lessons are from Monday to Thursday and on Saturday morning from 9am. Please note this year swimming lessons are $9 per lesson plus entry to the pool per child. Due to us only being able to have a limited number in the pool at any one time and to reduce the contact on entry swimming lessons will need to be paid in 10-week blocks upfront. Please note that in addition to the gate entry classes are $5 per person and the class goes for 1 hour. ... Cannot wait to catch up with everyone, but do not forget social distancing.

12.01.2022 Toora pool will be opening at 10 tomorrow and Sunday . Shark will be up about 11 both days. The water park is also a lot of fun for all ages. Cheers Carol, Ernie & tomorrow we have Emma and katelyn helping us.

12.01.2022 We are ready! Opening day tomorrow everyone! The water is ready and we are so excited to welcome everyone back for another season. ... Our new car park hopefully will be finished mid this week. So in the meantime please park out front and walk along our new footpath! Remember social distancing at all times. Only 50 people allowed in the big pool at any one time and our middle pool is closed for now. Also 6 people only allowed in the bathrooms/showers at anyone time. We ask that everyone follows the rules, Covid rules so we can all stay safe and healthy. Water aerobics will also be on tomorrow starting at 9am, and night aerobics will start on the 5th of October. 11.01.2022 Hello Everyone, Here are some photos of our new entrance and the mural at the splash park. We would like to thank Rachel Brown and the committee for making this happen.... The new signs at the entrance were funded by a grant from the Community Bendigo bank Toora and Foster and the mural courtesy of a community grant from South Gippsland Shire. 09.01.2022 HEADS UP!! We will be hosting the community Christmas party again this year and boy will it be a celebration! Sunday 20th December 12 noon to 3pm Gold coin entry per person. The usual format with Spinning Wheel, giant inflatable, jumping castle (we hope), free bbq provided by Toora Lions Club and even a covid safe visit from Santa. We look forward to seeing you there.

05.01.2022 Hello Everyone. Swimming lessons for after school children are finishing their 10 week block this coming week besides Saturday children who fished up yesterday. Swimming lessons will take a break over summer, and will start back up again with term one. All classes will stay the same (days & times). If you wish to change please speak with one of us. Carol’s morning children are going to continue through, however if you wish to take a break or need to change, please talk to me.... New bookings also excepted, get in early. Also we will be doing a everyday for 10 days program starting on January 4 in the mornings i.e 9am - 11am. This is for school aged children and older. Cost is $14.40 - Book Now

03.01.2022 Hello Everyone! This is a message for all our swimming lesson families. We will be taking a break over the Christmas and New year period. Swimming Lessons break will be as followed:... Monday - NO lessons on 21st and 28th of December - Monday Lessons will START again on the 4th of January. Will be for a 10-week block to the 15th March. Tuesday - NO lessons 22nd and 29th of December - Tuesday lessons will START again on the 5th of January. Will be a 10-week block to the 16th of March. Thursday - NO lessons 17th, 24th and 31st of December - Thursday lessons will START again 7th of January. Will be a 10-week block to the 17th of March. Saturday - NO lessons 26th of December and 2nd of January - Saturday lessons will START again on the 7th of January. Will be a 10-week block to the 20th of March. Any questions please ask.

01.01.2022 Hello Everyone!! We had a few people who have been enquiring about the pool facilities and opening hours! Guessing New Years resolutions! So here it is. Opening ours: Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm Saturdays 10am to 5pm ... Sunday’s 1pm to 5pm (unless hot we will open early) Water aerobics (no booking required) Monday to Friday 9am to 10am Monday & Wednesday evenings 6:10pm to 7:10pm Our pool is heated to around 30 degrees, with an AV roof on the main pool & shade cloth’s over the middle pool & splash park! We’re a cash only facility also. Any questions please just message us!
