18.01.2022 Last night at 8 pm 11 teams of students from our Bongil Bongil Community of Schools were successful in completing their task of writing a book in a day. A digital copy of their published books have been sent to the Kids Cancer Project to be distributed to hospitals Australia wide. Our young authors hope to bring a smile to faces of sick children as they read their books whilst in hospitital. THS has contributed $3410 to the Kids Cancer Project through participating in this event, with the anticipation of finding a cure to childhood diseases. As you can see in this photo it was smiles all around for a job well done!

15.01.2022 THS library is hosting a major fundraiser event tomorrow where we will be donating approx $3500 to the Kids Cancer Project through participating in Write a Book in a Day. The money raised will go towards childhood cancer research. All students involved please arrive in our library no later than 7.30 am ready to begin this amazing literacy quality education event. Let’s do this!!!!
