25.01.2022 We picked up the new Club gun yesterday. It is an STI Trojan in 9mm. We test fired it today and as you see it shoots really well. This gun is now available for members to hire. Why not give it a go. Please get in touch with the club secretary if you would like to hire this or any of the other club guns.

24.01.2022 Toowoomba Pistol Club will host the South East Region Championship for Action Pistol on 22 November 2020. This will be a COVID safe event and and all attendees must follow the Toowoomba Pistol Clubs COVID safe policy. Do NOT attend if you are feeling unwell. The entry form (updated 4.45pm 10 Nov) is available on our website via this link and entries close Friday 20 November.

22.01.2022 The Air Pistol Range is available most Thursday nights from 6:00pm and every Saturday. Air Pistol has a strong following in the club and is a great match for learning to shoot better. The club has four club Air Pistols available for hire. Please get in touch with the club secretary if you would like to try Air Pistol.

21.01.2022 Lights have been installed on the Falling Plate Range. We will now be adding this match to our Thursday night matches. Tomorrow night at 6:00pm will be our first run. I for one am keen to give it a go.

20.01.2022 It’s going to be a great weekend for Action Pistol Shooting at the club this weekend. We already have 27 entries for the competition on Sunday and we expect that there will be a few late entries. If you want to join in it’s not to late to enter. If you would like to find out more about Action Pistol you are more than welcome to come along and watch.

17.01.2022 More hard work to keep us all shooting. Repairs and tidy up to the compressor shed last weekend.

16.01.2022 Ended up with some good results for Club members: some placings in grades, some top 3 in match medal results and a bottle of wine from the raffle. Great job Maryborough, we'll be back.

11.01.2022 Great to see a shooting club getting local media coverage. Well done Maryborough. There will be several Toowoomba club members travelling to Maryborough this weekend for this competition.

08.01.2022 Our club well represented at Maryborough ISSF Open this weekend. Standard match underway.

08.01.2022 We will be running a 50metre/Free Pistol match this Saturday at 9am on Range 3 in line with the club calendar. We hope to have at least 4 or 5 people attending with dedicated 50m pistols. As this match is only scheduled once per month, and often doesn't happen even then, anyone interested in giving it a try, or checking out a 50m pistol, is invited to attend. Remember that it can be shot with ANY .22 pistol and is similar to the precision/slow stages of 25mp/CF and Standard match. Many people shoot this match with semi-auto 22s up to State competition level.

07.01.2022 Pistol Australia, in conjunction with our States and Territories, is very proud to announce the release of our Return to the Range and Recruitment Campaign. The... campaign is National, State/Territory and local club based. Today we are releasing the first National video advert. #PistolAustralia #ReturntotheRange See more

06.01.2022 Good roll up for 50m pistol today. Forgot to take a photo of the competitors but did get this video of the important stuff. Lot of experience on the line with current national 50m champion and a former international 50m competitor. Hoping to run this match more regularly, as per the calendar, 3rd Saturday morning of the month on Range 3.

02.01.2022 Thanks to those members that gave up their Saturday morning to help out with yesterday's working bee. The hardworking boilermaker/welders were going almost all day but most other jobs were done within a couple of hours with plenty of time for matches for the rest of the day.
